Fat Blaster –  A fun calorie-killing hour.  Cycle, power walk/jog, and tone a better body.  Be prepared to boost your metabolism and get lean! Class begins in cycle room and is limited to 14 participants.  All fitness levels.

Pump It! –  A high energy strength workout.  Sculpt, tone, get strong and lean with this exhilarating barbell/hand weight exercise routine.  All fitness levels.

Zumba –  Ditch the workout, join the party!  A dance fitness class using Latin and international rhythms.  Get your heart pumping as you move and groove your way to a shapely body.  All fitness levels.

Zumba Plus – A dance party plus toning for legs, abs, butt and arms.  All fitness levels.

Chisel It! – Sculpt a beautifully defined physique using hand weights, bands balls, and other easy to use equipment.  Fun music and easy to follow exercises.   All fitness levels.

Crunch Time – An intense 15 minutes of abdominal toning, defining, and strengthening.  All fitness levels.

Hip Hop Abs –  A full 30 minutes of core work aimed at flattening and toning the entire midsection. Most moves done standing up giving you a good cardio workout too!  All fitness levels.

Tummy Tuck/Butt Lift –  A class for all levels Flatten your abs, create definiton, whittle your waist and tone and lift your butt.  This class focuses on the lower half of the body with challenging exercises that will give your RESULTS. Are you up for the challenge.

Pilates – A mat class with a focus on mind body integration, core strength and balance.  Increase your flexiblilty, balance, and strength as you elongate and beautify your body.  All fitness levels.

Cycle – Burn calories while you pedal away  to high energy tunes.  An indoor bike ride designed to increase your endurance and combat fat.  All fitness levels.

Run/Walk it Off! – A guided group power walk/run on the treadmills in the cardio area.  Burn mega-calories, improve circulation, increase bone density, and tone the butt and thighs.  Chat with your classmates while you Run or Walk it Off!  For all fitness levels.

The Challenge –  A circuit workout for all levels.  Try it and see your body change!

Fat Burner Wednesday – It's midweek and you need to shake up your workout! An interval mix of strength and cardio drills that will maximize your body's fat burning power while you work at your own pace. For all Fitness levels.

Core on the Ball – Utilizes resist-a-balls to challenge the core abdominal muscles. Energizing music will get you strengthening, toning and sculpting you waist.  Whittle a little middle with core on the ball.  For all fitness levels.

Cardio Step –  A traditional step aerobic routine using a step bench.  Step  your way to a better butt!  Really fun, upbeat, and challenging for all fitness levels.

Yoga –  A combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and mediation. .Increase flexibility and balance. The perfect addition to your workout routine. For all fitness level.

Vinyasa FlowYoga –  A faster paced yoga.  You will be guided through poses with one pose running into the next creating a dance like movement.  Increase flexibility, elongate your muscles and relax.  For all levels.

Boot Camp –  Challenge your entire body with this intense  workout that utilizes body bars, hand weights, and your body’s natural resistance to sculpt, and tone an enviable physique.  This is a fast paced workout that keeps you moving the entire time which allows for a bonus calorie burn. Never boring ! .  For all fitness levels.

SilverSneakers –  A fitness program designed exclusively for older adults or disabled people.

Cardio Chaos –  A 45 minute cardio circuit class that will have you burning mega calories.  Never boring as we use lots of different cardio moves and equipment.  Try it!!

Beach Body –  A body toning workout designed to get you ready for swim suit season!   For all levels.

Zumbatomic Kids –  A kids dance party for ages 4-9.  Fit kids are happy kids!

Parent/Child Yoga –  Quality time with your little ones get fit, flexilble and most of all have fun.

Playtime! –  A fun class for children 18mos to 4yrs. with their parent or guardian.  Play, dance, exercise, and spend quality time with your little one.  Designed to enhance gross motor skills, social skills, and listening skills.

Buns and Guns - A resistance training class with a focus on the glutes, hamstrings, arms and chest.

Extreme Sculpt and Tone - Get ripped, strong and beautiful!  You will use a variety of equipment and different styles of resistance and cardio training to reshape
