Don't forget, we offer childcare to our members! Childcare is available seven days a week at the club including morning and evening sessions during the week and limited hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Childcare Hours:
Monday-Friday:           8:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday:      8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Here are a few things we would like you to know about our club’s childcare program:

1. Children must be at least 3 months oldto use the nursery.

2. There is a 2 hour limit per day per child with proper behavior.

3. Due to insurance requirements, anyone 14 or younger are not permitted anywhere but in the nursey, not even in the locker rooms, and NEVER left unattended.

4. Please ensure that your child has eaten, there is no food, drink, or gum allowed in the nursery.

5. For the protection of other children our staff will not allow a child showing signs of sickness into the nursery. The child must be 24 hours symptom free before returning to the nursery.

6. For the safety of your children, Hamilton Fitness Center staff is not allowed to change diapers.

7. Our staff cannot administer any type of medication to children.

8. Only parents or legal guardians may leave children in our care. The same parent or legal guardian that signs a child into the nursery MUST be the one to pick up and sign out the child.

9. Parents and legal guardians may not leave the gym for any reason while their children are in our nursey.

10. A stroller, not a car seat, is required for children until they are walking.

11. Good behavior is required. Parents of children hitting, biting, spitting, excessive crying, or playing rough will be required to immediately pick up their child.

12. The nursery is a privilege for members only and may be terminated as a result of not abiding by these rules and regulations.
