Each member receives a complimentary fitness assessment with one of our certified personal trainers. The fitness assessment is designed to focus on the different aspects that necessary for our members to accomplish their fitness goals. The fitness assessment consists of three key components, goal setting, nutritional assistance, and program design based on one’s current level of fitness.
