Thai boxing is one of the quickest ways to get in shape, as workouts develop cardio, speed, and power. Training generally consists of developing technique, and practicing combinations of strikes and defenses on pads. Students will get the option to spar with other partners, using headgear, shin-pads, and gloves too. Learn basic self defense covers, blocks and strikes!!
